Just when i tot the busiest days were over, on came more assignments for me.

The past 2 days were packed with meetings, meetings, meetings and meetings.

As said, my 2 bosses came to Singapore on Friday and meetings addressed difficult issues. As Singapore business is managed by 2 of my colleagues and I, the work left to be done after the bosses left seems too much for us to handle.... esp me, the youngest, all work seems to be arrowed towards me... in my head, i can still hear my bosses said, " Wenwen, can you do an analysis on each of these doors? Send it to me asap." Asap means within a week, shitz. "Wenwen, can you send me the measurements by this week so I can ship the POS to you by next week?" Seems like 7 days are not enough for a week. Wenwen this Wenwen that....

Well, I must still say it's an experience to be able to sit down with these 2 persons... they manage the business for Asia and to them Singapore may be just a small market but they are professional enough i should say, judging from how they speak during conference. They have high expectations from us and are rather strict when comes to business talks.

On the other hand, During one of our store visits, the senior regional marketing manager (what a long name for a designation) asked me whether I know how to get to the THAT CD SHOP.... oh, so it's at Pacific Plaza. Well, it's rather funny that she went to shop for Club mix, R&B and house music... she told me bout how pple in HongKong clubs. I gotta see a more fun side of her and it was then I know she's a party animal and she even suggested going to Zouk the next time she come Singapore. She earns a lot for her position and I was dazzled by her head-to-toe Chanel items (bags, shoes and necklace). Couldn't imagine she actually wore diff pairs of Chanel shoes and diff Chanel bag for our 2-day meetings. What a life, guess she's only in her late twenties or early thirties.

However, one can never fantasize too much about being that rich... it's fate that they lead this type of life. For me, as long as I live happy, being poor is nothing. Buy when you have the money. Buy when you want it for a long time. That's more like it for me.
